Guide has been written fast; March 26, 2013. It is about things I have experienced, regarding how it can be possible to avoid such influences to work in oneself. This is maybe what has happened to me. Even I not have understood what has been done against me, I all these years have worked much against their influence over me, whiteout knowing about what has been done against me. October 22, 2014.

Today I started to think about that others will wonder what they can do, if they can have been influenced by these methods without remembering anything about it.

Regarding one's way of thinking and such, my experience is that it is possible to completely correct such things. When you do not know anything about what can have been done to you, it is possible to compensate regarding the problem this is. To do that; you have to take great care of getting more information of things. Typically one's thinking can have been narrowed. It is necessary to carefully watch more information, and not believe in one's feelings, these feelings can be influence by wrong information, and will change when you get more information. By doing this; you can totally change what they can have done to you, and you will feel comfortable with that.

It can be to ways you have been influenced; directly, or by others who are influenced. These criminals need to get you to believe in what they have influenced you to start thinking in a wrong way. So when you not believe in your wrong feelings any longer, then you can change back to your own way of thinking and feeling again. By being careful with doing this, you can easily change how you can have been influenced. This is not dangerous, it is on the contrary; by doing this, you will weakening their power over you.

Regarding what can be dangerous with this influence, it is my experience that it is possible to slow things down. In that way, that it not becomes so much in a moment or short time. Be calm, do not be afraid, feel safe as that human you are, and think that you little by little have the control over these things which can be inside yourself. You only have to use the time. My experience is that one of their techniques is to let things overflow inside one's thoughts and mind. By understanding about this, it is possible to control oneself against this overflowing of reactions inside oneself, and slow things down. It is possible to get these things away inside oneself even if you do not know what they can have done to you.

If something feels dangerous inside yourself, do not do more, but do not totally forget it either. Think that this is something I need time to manage. It can be possible to make a short note so you can remember it again, and so start to do something else for a while.
